Radisson Blu Kaushambi is situated close to the business hub of Noida and Ghaziabad and a short drive away from Delhi’s cultural center, making it the preferred destination for business and leisure travellers alike.

It is part of the esteemed Radisson Hotels chain, which recognises the emergence of a “leisure” traveller category, with diverse connectivity needs. For example, a guest might wish to access business apps hosted on Microsoft Azure Cloud as well as upload high-definition videos on social media. To meet these expectations, Radisson Blu Kaushambi needed world-class infrastructure.

In its current state, the hotel was relying on multiple ISPs with no clear line of ownership for network issues. There were 147 rooms and suites on the property, as well as various non-resident guest spaces. All of this held incredible potential for monetisation while improving guest experience and driving loyalty.
